    I live and breathe branding buzz - captivating content, unstoppable hype, and pitches that land you on TV. But what truly sets me apart is my knack for weaving relatable stories that resonate with consumers. I've empowered small businesses, agencies, entrepreneurs, hotels, and nonprofits to own the media spotlight and connect with diverse markets. In today's America, where one in three consumers is multicultural, understanding and speaking to unique values and ethnic backgrounds is paramount.

     

    My creative eye works magic on camera, paper, and online, garnering followers and driving conversions. From leading PR and marketing campaigns to rebranding artists, I've amplified brand awareness on local, national, and global stages. Oh, and did I mention I do it all in two languages? Growing up in Puerto Rico, embracing strong family values, savoring cafecito in the morning, and mouthwatering plantains for dinner, I'm a bilingual dynamo.

Through powerful placements on ABC, FOX, La Voz, Telemundo TV, La Buena Onda, "Hablemos Hoy" KNRV 1150 AM, Univision radio, and Univision TV, I've spotlighted the vibrant stories of our diverse staff, faculty, and students.     Coordinated press conference for Hispanic family winning $4.85M Lotto jackpot. It saved him and his family from foreclosure. The story generated 75M media impressions in 52 local, national and international media outlets.

    Education Press Conference

    Former President Obama supports male youth program

    Organized a press conference together with President Obama's PR team and the University of Chicago Crime Lab to announce the study results of the violence prevention program, Becoming A Man, for at-risk male youth. Coordinated interviews with program students, which resulted in mainstream and multicultural coverage in 30+ news outlets including Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, CBS-2, Chicago Tonight, Chicago Crusader, Men's Health Magazine, Chicago Defender, and NBC Chicago achieving 170 million media impressions.

    40th Anniversary Gala Event

    Charter school celebration

    Through media relations efforts, ASPIRA of Illinois’ 40th Anniversary gala was intensely covered by NBC- Telemundo, Chicago Tribune’s Hoy, and La Raza newspaper at the Grand Ballroom of Chicago’s Navy Pier.

     

    The event drew more than 700 guests, $100K in sponsorships and $75K in college scholarships awarded to charter school students. In addition to being the event planner, I co-produced ASPIRA’s 1st video and served as the voiceover talent as well as mistress of ceremony for the event.
